Ava is 18 years old and is currently in her first year of the Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance at the Royal Irish Academy of Music under the tutelage of Professor Thérèse Fahy. She began her piano studies at age 6 and won her first piano competition at age 8. Since then, she has won a number of first prizes in various music competitions. Ava is a multi-prizewinner at the Feis Ceoil, RIAM PianoFest, Feis Maitiú Cork and was one of the six finalists for the Top Security Frank Maher Classical Music Awards 2023. Earning a position on the Dublin International Piano Competition Young Pianists Programme, Ava’s musical journey has been graced with numerous concert playing opportunities. She has been invited to perform recitals in celebrated venues such as the National Concert Hall, Farmleigh House, The Corrigan Hall in the Royal College of Physicians and the Whyte Recital Hall. Ava will perform masterworks by J.S. Bach, Frédéric Chopin, and Gabriel Fauré.

Claudia Duffy is a 16yr old classical guitarist from Dingle. She attends the Cork School of Music, where she is taught by Dr. Redmond O’ Toole. She is a multi Feis Ceoil and Feis Maitiú winner. Claudia is also a member of the Senior Guitar Ensemble in CSM.
